- The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) plays a crucial role in managing the flow of clients and pets through the veterinary hospital, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional client service

- Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information entry
- Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, and scheduling future appointments
- Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and following proper procedures

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through efficient operations.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information entry.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for duties involving radiography.
• One year related experience required, with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical) with medical terminology training is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks under distracting conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated organizational ability and problem-solving skills.
• Client service skills ensuring attentive and informative service.
• Mathematical ability for basic calculations and conversions.

$16.93 - $21.63 Hourly
